2. PLACING AN ORDER
2a. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the terms of any order
2b. You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. You will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2c. We will send you a despatch confirmation via email when your email has been despatched and this will then be our acceptance of an order. A purchase contract will be made when goods are despatched even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2d. Your order may be refused in the following circumstances:
i. If payment has not been received in full.
ii. If goods are out of stock.
iii. If there has been a pricing or product description error.
iv. If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
v. If there is an outstanding debt on your credit account.
3a. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
3b. Shipping rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
3c. Simple Hygiene Solutions reserves the right to alter prices without notification.
4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
4a. In the event you wish to cancel your order, you may do one of the following:
i. Notify us by email to email@example.com before we have dispatched the goods to you.
ii. If the goods have already been shipped, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4b below.
4b. Goods can be returned for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Shipping costs for all returned goods will be your responsibility.
4c. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4d. Any rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4c will not apply in the following circumstances:
i. The product has been used or not in a resalable condition.
ii. The provisions of this clause 4d do not affect your statutory rights.
4e. Faulty goods or shortages must be notified in writing within three days of invoice otherwise orders are considered complete and accepted by the customer.

5a. While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
5b. Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

6a Each registration is for a single user (over 18 yrs old) only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.
6b. Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.
6c. We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.
6d. Settlement terms are net monthly unless otherwise stated on invoice.
